While tracking my order I found it was delivered to the UPS warehouse. I waitied a couple days and called UPS and was told my package was waiting to be picked up and delivered by the Post Office. Never heard of this method and it delayed my order. When you pay for UPS you expect it to be delivered by UPS in a timely manner.
I am disappointed in the massager, it is too loud and not what I expected.

Since this was a gift to a friend who had been told by someone else that it was the best … I can only judge on heresay regarding the actual product.
The company who supplied it? Hummmmmm…. after several e-mails with no responses and an initial bad review from me, I finally heard from them. They told me there had been a mistake with the delivery and they had to reship the item. While this was all going on, I received NO notification from the company about the mix-up so I was NOT able to cancel the item before delivery. After the company admitted to me that I didn’t get expedited delivery (that I had paid extra for) they agreed to refund my delivery charges if I would delete the bad review. Since item is considered a personal item of the kind that cannot be returned after delivery, I was unable to cancel even though I would have had time to do so if I had been properly notified when the delivery was delayed. I let them know I was only being refunded for something (expedited delivery) I didn’t receive. I did, however, delete the initial review and now that I have my “extortion refund” from them… and after being asked again for another review, I thought I would make sure everyone knows not to have a problem with this company. It might or might not “pay”.

My girlfriend loves this, for both muscle relaxation and ’stimulation’. Lots of fun to use while playing (girl missionary while man standing on floor at end of bed and wand held by the girl).

love it (i use it with attachments). conspicuous, not the most low-profile toy. my boyfriend has a bad hip and i use it as a massager and he loves it.
